And to do with striking the best balance between the tried-and-trusted and the new. To do with solving tricky problems. The point where everyone thinks it\u2019s impossible is when I\u2019m just getting started. I\u2019ve proven this over more than 20 years as a manager in brand communication, brand-building and brand maintenance. I\u2019m a trained, certified business coach and organisation and team developer.
